Naturopath - Meditation Teacher

In 1994, I met the naturopath and meditation teacher Yashi Kunz. The concept of ‘Integral (Holistic) Healing’ developed by her has since accompanied me on my life path, actively and inspiringly, and leads me repeatedly to profound liberating insights. More clarity and awareness of thoughts, sensations, body, mind, soul, their holistic interaction, and active implementation in everyday life lead to noticeable positive changes in my life. This manifests itself both on the physical and emotional levels. Grateful for this healing path, I have been accompanying patients in my own practice since 1997, also following this building and self-responsibility-leading concept. It forms the basis of my practice work. From my great enthusiasm for the physical body and its ingenious construction, a powerful foundation, a strong back, and light shoulders with maximum mobility are a great concern of mine. I am happy to develop, guide, and support my patients on their personal path to unburdened foot health and increased mobility. During my practice work, I completed various additional qualifications as a complement to Integral Foot Reflexology Therapy, such as manual neurotherapy, classical massage, treatment according to the Fascial Distortion Model (FDM), chiropractic, Medi-Taping®, neural therapy, ear acupuncture, intestinal and foot health, pelvic floor and fascial training. Over many years, I received my training as a meditation teacher from Yashi Kunz. I continue to deepen my knowledge in regular courses. For over 12 years, training future naturopaths was part of my work. Since 2000, I have been teaching colleagues from various healing professions in Integral Foot Reflexology Therapy.
