Holistic Therapy Approach

According to the understanding of naturopathy, humans heal themselves through their inherent self-healing powers. These work naturally in wound healing, during a cold, or after surgery. It only becomes dangerous for the body when the damaging factors are stronger than our self-healing powers. This can be due to the nature of the damaging factors - viruses, bacteria, parasites, environmental toxins, or the duration of an intolerable burden. Here, differentiated diagnostics are needed. In my practice, this is provided by Electromagnetic Blood Analysis. The goal is to relieve the body through appropriate detoxification and rebuild damaged tissue. However, a person can also be tense, with nerves cramped due to internal stress, or cell tissue may have already suffered, making it difficult to supply the body with blood, oxygen, and nutrients. Here, it’s important to balance the nervous system and restore the flow of supply and self-healing powers through relaxation. For this, I treat you with Integral Foot Reflexology.

In a holistic therapy approach, the harmony of body, mind, and soul is of great importance for a sustainable healing process. Both the connections between physical and emotional reactions and the influence of stress on physical and emotional well-being are well researched.

But what exactly does this mean? Body, mind, and soul in harmony? And how can this be supported?

In my view, a human being is an energy system that possesses a physical body. This perspective opens up healing potential far beyond the physical level. When the body, soul, and mind vibrate freely and in balance, we feel light and alive. But when we fall out of balance, we become constricted, physical disorders and pain appear. What underlies these blockages?

Of course, there are purely mechanical or toxic overloads, but primarily, disorders appear when we are not at peace with our thoughts and feelings, when fears and resistance exist within us, and when we don’t feel secure in ourselves. All of this is often not even conscious to us, and the causes can lie very far back. And we are often even less aware of the hidden (healing) powers within us. Through the technique of meditation, you open yourself to these powers through concentration. So it’s primarily about becoming aware, understanding, and actual change. Who doesn’t want to be happy? The goal of my treatment is to support your body so that your self-healing powers can flow freely again and to give you impulses to discover your true potential.
